I live in Apartment 35. About a quarter mile away from a Max Station.

ha, I thought W road and J road were just Texan slang for different kinds of roads...

I was in Lexington Park, MD. My mother is about 10 mins from The Fey so I have spent time in that area as well. Currently I am in Edison, NJ. I was forced to move 2.5 weeks ago.

Just under half the major moves I've had were in the last year... damn.

Sheesh! I though I moved a lot! I must say I'm so glad that I moved away from Oregon (Beaverton, near Portland) last year. All these poor souls are still stuck in the country's most boring state. Plus, now I'm an hour and a half away from Fey.

Grand Banks, Newfoundland
Petawawa, Ontario
Blairmore, Alberta
Calgary, Aberta
Blairmore, Alberta
Lethbridge, Alberta
Picture Butte, Alberta
Lethbridge, Alberta

That's every major move, with an average to two minor moves per city. I'm a bloody drifter. :)

Oregon, boring?! I don't know where you usually went, but it certainly wasn't outside. :P

I was outside most of the time since I didn't have a car then and bus stations are few and far between. Got soaking wet, too. And I was referring, specifically to the staggering lack of things to do. I'm not even going to get into how hard it is to find a decent job that doesn't lay you off within a month. Why else is every Oregonian always high?

Depends on what I'm doing, if I'm playing M:tG, or just want to BS with a few relatively cool guys, theres a comic shop (I use the term loosely) in downtown Beaverton down by the Beaverton TC that I visit, "Ryans just for fun", its next to the Hot Box, another down T.V. Highway (up by 185th) called Rainy Day Games, which has a bigger selection, but you get the feeling when you're there that the staff isn't RPG/CCG/computer obsessive enough.

If I want to play on LAN, theres a place called Alternate Universe on Beaverton Hillsdale Highway that I go to, good connection, sells food, and has a PS2 and X-box.

Arcades, I go to Wunderland, where else? I want to eventually check out the Avalon Wunderland, but laziness has prevented me. You might notice at the Beaverton Wunderlands Jurassic Park 3 machine, that the high score in single player is held by one KJH. That is me. Fear my dinosaur shooting wrath.

The last few really good movies I saw were at the Fox Tower (IIRC), which is the most likely place to see the more 'indy' films, though, notably, House of a thousand corpses wasn't there (go fig).

If I want food and have money, I usually go to either the place right across from the beaverton wunderland (authentic mexican food!), or Noodles, up on Beaverton-hillsdale hwy., which has the best Fetticini I've ever had for 5 bucks.

Thats the main stuff I do, sometimes I go down to the PCC library to use their computers to download gigundous files, but otherwise I play far too much Morrowind for my own good.
