13, though sometimes 13 is too big, and sometimes 12 is too small. Seems to depend on the shoe.

UK - 9 Men's (and women's too, oddly enough)
US - 10
Europe - 42

I'm probably on the low end of 9, as I've never yet found a shoe that size that didn't fit.

This reminds me of some advice I've been looking for but I didn't want to create a thread for it:

My flip-flops smell bad

If they were trainers, (or 'sneakers', if you will), I'd just chuck 'em into the washing machine but I'm not sure that's the best idea for rubber beach flip-flops

Any ideas?

All I know is that I suddenly feel like I have abnormally small feet :P

I don't think being normal, mathematically speaking, on the Internet is EVER a good sign...

Imeut, if you're judging your feet by those of the people on this forum, you should know that none of us have ever been close to a modicum of "normal."

You can't go by that - how tall are you? If you're only 5 feet, than it's proportional. American women, on average, wear a size 8 wide. The average women is roughly 5'4" tall. Just be happy you can find shoes - Mens footwear gets very selection limited at around size 13.

And as an update - I don't wear EEE's, I wear EE's, just checked.

My feet are abnormally flat (my mother calls them "flintstone feet"). I have nearly no arch whatsoever. That's probably why my shoe size is so frickin' wide.

like he said, it's all about proportions. I'm only 5'6", so I have friggin gun boats for shoes. My best friend is 6'6" and wears the same size shoes, and his feet look small.
