Jez and I are arriving early. Greg and Liz are apparently arriving later.

I will be renting some sort of vehicle. Those riding with me are encouraged to donate to the car.
If I show up at your door, chances are you did something to bring me there.

I'm just going to steal one.

Sidenote: How would one transport bottles (like wine) over a large majority of the US? Carryon :)?

Which reminds me of another question I had... are we buying beverages locally? or should we pick up something before we leave? or both? :P

Departing Charlotte, NC via rented automobile at approximately 6:00pm EST on 4/6/2006. Arriving at event location ~12:00pm EST on 4/7/2006.

Departing event location on Sunday, 4/9/2006. Time dependant on my flight and car plans, yet to be arranged with my company.

Last time Deacon and I practically stocked the house. I don't think that'll be happening again. I'll buy for me, maybe others, but I'm not stockin' especially if people ain't drinkin'.

I'm packin' absinthe (if I can figure out how to get it there) and I'll definately be sippin' on some grey goose throughout the event.

If it can be bought locally, I assume it will be. If it can't, plan on packin'.

Ah, thanks for reminding me! I intend to pack a bottle of Tito's. I assume there's a liquor store locally where we can pick up extra dry vermouth and olives, so I won't worry about that.

Shouldn't be a problem to bring some with me, if it cannot be bought locally (or will be hard to find a store...I've been in the area before, but hell if I can remember much about it :P)

Although a local convienece store would be convienent...could pick up the stuff necessary (cream and milk, depending on how you like it mixed) to make White Russians, if anyone likes that. (It's one of my favorites) :)

I've mentioned in the LJ forum - but I actually live less than a half hour away from Norfolk airport (yes, I did in fact move across the country for a girl. Again.)

Can anyone e-mail me some updated links for this trip? james.messier@gmail.com

Booga Booga. I know I probably missed the deadline..
