As much of a pain as Deacon can be, naturesrevolt, he's right, and you're wrong. I don't care how many physics classes you've taken, because it's obvious that you don't know anything about guns (and your other physics explanations seem wanting, anyway). I've been shooting them off and on for 26 years, and while I am not a marksman, even *I* can hit targets reasonably at ranges of 20 yards with a common pistol.

Your ballistics knowledge is poor. I recommend that you go and take a firearms class before chiming in on the subject again. You can contact a local NRA chapter about where to find a good school.
