It was one of the first Ultimate Fighting Competition Events and nut punchers were allowed.

And why were they warming their hands on his ass? o_o
The referees were trying to keep him from getting pushed out of the ring.

The video was actually funnier when the original background music was there, "My Nutz" by The Fat Boys.

Here's a bit of trivia, that guy Joe Son, played Random Task in the first Austin Powers movie.
