RLF Christians Usergroup

Perspectives on our world and our universe, how it works, what is happening, and why it happens. Whether by a hidden hand or natural laws, we come together to hash it out, and perhaps provide a little bit of education and enlightenment for others. This is a place for civil discussion. Please keep it that way.
Forum rules
1) Remain civil. Respect others' rights to their viewpoints, even if you believe them to be completely wrong.
2) Sourcing your information is highly recommended. Plagiarism will get you banned.
3) Please create a new thread for a new topic, even if you think it might not get a lot of responses. Do not create mega-threads.
4) If you think the subject of a thread is not important enough to merit a post, simply avoid posting in it. If enough people agree, it will fall off the page soon enough.

*sigh* So everybody who creates an Arts & Crafts club do so because they feel they're an oppressed minority? What about the NHL usergroup? Are they an oppressed minority?

Seriously, go outside and get some fresh air or something...

My initial response of this usergroup was to think it was a usergroup of those who are willing to discuss Christianity on a friendly basis, whether all parties agree or not. Kind of a way to manage trolls and can spammers.

Who would do that to a Christian discussion?
I would weep, but my tears have been stolen.
I would shout, but my voice has been taken.
Thus, I write.

People who have a problem with it, shut your holes. It's biblical. Christians are SUPPOSED to engage in fellowship.

What about the NHL usergroup? Are they an oppressed minority?
::perks up:: There's an NHL group? (I'm a Rangers fan...as far as I'm concerned, that makes me an oppressed minority...)

I'd be interested to be a part of the Christian group; I'm not religious myself, but it is my degree, and I like discussing it, because, well, I'm a bit of a nerd.
I'm sick of following my dreams, man. I'm just gonna ask where they're going and meet up with 'em there.

Count me in.

Not a Christian, but interested in some discussions with people. Plus might be able to help getting some conversation/debates going (assuming you do want debate- I don't mean flaming however) if you do get a sub forum.

So, should we have people confess the Apostle's Creed before we let them in? Hehe.

Ironically, I've been ignoring a religion based message board for some time now. Oh well.

Wow, this topic was very abruptly and unfairly flamed. I see nothing that Mike posted that even vaguely implies oppressed minorities.

Either way, I'm in too, sounds interesting.

I'm in, as well, largely so I can read the discussions when I'm bored. :p

Count me in. Even though I am not a Christian, I'd like to read the conversations and perhaps occasionally offer some respectful input as well. The best way to learn about people is to spy!
