Those Deacon Avatars

Post by philosophunculist » Wed May 31, 2006 12:38 am

1. Is he in the ocean?
2. Why does he look so angry? Is he fighting the cameraman/water?

You should already know that Deacon is always angry.

Well, I have noticed the malice, but I dunno, it's just kind of funny to imagine him out there, being sardonic to seaweed or something.

"So, what, you ENJOY just floating near coasts and doing nothing? You're just perpetuating the welfare state situation."

The water was unbearably cold. So when a wave would wash over Deacon, his face would do one of these imaginable expressions.

Yes, it was at the ocean, when we were at our RLF Gathering.

Why we anyone expect the Atlantic to be warm, especially in what, March was it?

Indeed. He should be glad there were no iceburgs in it.

It didn't seem so cold to me after a while. You all live too far south to know what cold really means.

Quite the opposite, those of us living in sunshine feel the cold much more keenly.

Now I would like to of heard what he would of said to it... bunch of big words and trying to convince the seaweed/ocean that it doesn't know jack sh*t. But still, looks like they had a blast.

It was April, and the water was freezing, but we had a deliriously wonderful time. Deacon wasn't angry at the sea, he was just being hit by 60 degree or so waves! I have loads of unflattering pictures (of myself!), I just thought that Deacon was particularly amusing. It's all in good fun. He knows I <3 him.
