Rave: They replaced the accursed Pepsi machine with a Coke machine!

Rant: Which vended me a Caffeine Free Diet Coke when I selected a Diet Coke. :(
That's what you get for badmouthing the Pepsi machine.

Your plans were to imitate my grandparents and send me a winter jacket? That's actually kinda creepy.

Rave: Enjoying 1/2 French Vanilla + 1/2 coffee in a cold, cold lab.
Rant: in my lab, hating my work.

And, uh, sorry for enabling people to bypass "state of the forums" emails with my sarcastic, alcohol-induced letter.

Only in the tales that men tell does the hunter kill the wolf in the end.

RAnt: Rors got Jin-Roh stuck in my head, so now I have to re-watch the movie... again.:?

Rant: I have ten+ pairs of socks to knit for friends, a hooded red riding hood scarf with snowflakes on it for me, and a request for a blanket from my cousin. WHEN DOES IT END!?

RAve: I like knitting... even if I have managed to nearly decapitate my hands while doing it

Rave: tomorrow is saturday, I can drink shnapps tonight!

I should probably clarify that they got rid of the old Pepsi machine that vended 12oz cans and didn't accept dollars that was right next to the one that vended 16oz bottles and did accept dollars. So now we have a Coke machine and a Pepsi machine.

Rant: Need to develop the skills and depth perception to do said clothes making.

Rave: Ate two helpings of dinner- TWO. And I think I'm still hungry >>;; Miracle upon miracles~

I second the "STUPID CLOTHES SHOPPING" rant

rant: Why must bras that fit correctly be so hard to find? why can't they be uniform?

rant: why must jeans that fit also be so hard to find? Is it a conspiracy? "Let's drive the women crazy by making their clothing be just a little bit off"

rave: camisoles with built in bras ftw!

Rave: Finally figured out that the word I was looking for was "kibosh". I was thinking "kibbitz" at first, but that didn't sound quite right. I'm not necessarily up on all my Yiddish sound-alikes. I don't know how I remembered it. It just came to me.

I am very curious as to how one can achieve such a feat... I've knitted and croqueted a few times, and I've never been at risk of loping off ANY body parts...
