Not "Come back next week".

There's this stupid girl I worked with who last week got fired from her job because she is completely worthless. She is dumb as all hell and rarely actually did anything other than stand there and bitch about the shitty life decisions she has made (not including the decision she made not to shower), and how we should feel sorry for her because of it.

I guess after she got fired she complained to the daytime management. People who have never worked with her, didn't know who she was, and probably had never even seen her before.

Whoever she talked to gave her her damn job back.

What the fuck?

Wow - they didn't even review why she was fired? Cause after firing - that should really be it. I mean there's always legal recourse, but not, here! Here's your job back!

Man that is so funny. We had a guy who was fired, then the next day he was magically just demoted...to become a sysop ROFL. This guy can't even unlock accounts. But somebody is too scared to fire him, because they are lazy and don't document his stupid, repeated mistakes and lack of job skills. But he has a clearance so that makes him worth keeping around. The government really hurts themselves when a clearance is so expensive and time-consuming to get that idiots are hired because they have one.

This is a stupid retail job. No reason to keep anyone around for reasons like clearance or whatnot. She was hired at the same time I was for the same thing. The project we were hired on for is pretty much done, so they got rid of a few people. She was the first to go because she is worthless.

Although she's sexually mesed up, I don't think she'd sleep with a manager, and she isn't smart enough to tie her shoes. Forget about blackmail.

Is she truly mentally handicapped? Most states have agencies that place them in jobs (such as retail stores.)

And honestly dude, yea it sucks that someone who isn't doing their job can get fired and rehired so easily- but if you couldn't recognize that I was making a joke there then...

She doesn't have any medically diagnosed mental disorders, but she's fucking stupid as all hell and lazy to boot.

She's had a rough life, that's not in question, but she's made a lot of really bad decisions in her life. The most recent has been to leave her husband and child for a man she had met a couple of days prior.

Granted, I've met her husband and he is a perverted slimeball, and she should have gotten away from him, but leaving a kid behind and moving in with some OTHER perv that she met at work a few days earlier isn't the way to go.

I could write a book on how messed up this girl's life is with what I know, and I only met her back in June.

It is kinda interesting though. They're supposedly sending her right back to the night shift, but in another department, and no one wants her in their section.

I had a VERY similar thing happen with an incompetent messed up girl at my Retail job.

Difference is they randomly decided NOT to fire her, instead, against the wishes of pretty much the whole store they made her a supervisor of the front end. In other words MY supervisor. Not good times.
