Agreed. It's because Blair's uses a Capsaicin extract to get that high Scoville rating. Leaves a nasty taste.

Heeheehee. I'm debating if I should freeze my Habenero's, or if I should make a sauce out of them.
If you want something that'll kick Blair's ass, just wait a few months until our Special Reserve comes out. We're only making 200 bottles, and it's gonna be hot to the point of near-inedibility. :)
Well, there's a difference between sauces and heat additives. Blair makes pure capsacian at 16 million Scovaille. That's not a "sauce".
Plus, Blair's a lying sonofabitch. He sells these numbered reserve sauces for huge amounts, and there have been numerous occasions where duplicate numbers have been found. That's pretty fucked up, if you ask me.
Hmm... haven't heard that. Not doubting it, since a lot of artists do that. But a link would be nice, all the same.

I'd have to ask Dave where that info came from, but it was brought up today as something we need to make sure we avoid for our new special reserve. Dave's not really prone to lying about this stuff, so I'm sure he got it from somewhere reputable. I'm curious to see the evidence, as well.

When does the special reserve ship?? Because I Saw it for order on the website, and figured it was ready to ship.
