She'll come out when it is her time. Walking up/down stairs, sex, etc... wives tales. Sometimes it is just a coincidence that a woman gives birth after doing such things. I didn't pick out a date, so any is good for me! (And especially you!) Good luck when it is time!

And I never lost the mucus plugs on any of my pregnancies
