What the hell!?
Okay, so I wake up to go onto my computer this morning and my administrator username is gone, and my login screen has been changed to the standard setup. What the hell is going on? And more importantly, is there anything I can do? I have already checked usernames in control panel. My username is not there.

Check (assuming you have the default config)
c:\Documents and Settings\<Username>
Make sure that is still there. If so, all your files and settings are still on the PC.
Not sure what exactly happened other than the possibility someone decided to play a prank on you. I have never come across windows deleting an account out of the blue. If you need to create a new admin account, you will have to log in with the Administrator account (that's the name, not the type). Did you remember to set the password on that account or did you leave it empty?

I had a similar thing happen to me, somehow the users file became corrupted or something. My files were all still in the same place but I had to make a new user and get it back to the way I had it before. It defiantly wasn't' a prank (no one in my house has the knowledge/motive to do something like that) and it wasn't a serious problem.
Good luck getting it solved...I'd recommend just doing what adciv says, ensuring that your files are there, and creating a new administrator account with the same name. Copy/paste your files back to their old locations, restore desktop etc. and you should be back to where you started.

Slumbering, I know not the spring dawn is peeping,
But everywhere the singing birds are cheeping.
last night I heard the rain dripping and winds weeping.
How many petals are now on the ground sleeping .
