Palm beach is a town in florida composed entirely of people with vast sums of money - Houses there are 7 and 8 figures. There's also West Palm beach, which also inhabited by the rich. Just immedietely north of there is Jupiter, where it's upper middle class, and lower upper class residents.
Now that's education. :)

The long hair is the part I have the most difficulty getting.
Okay, that and the 'grill'.
And the baggy pants and shirt.
And the...horror...that is that car.
Mostly, though, the vapid expression in that kid's eyes. As though he understands he's merely a stereotype of a stereotype, and not even worth mocking as an individual, only as a collection of misguided ideals.
