ModernPandora: The way I do it is just count down from the top post and stop at the post you want it directed to. Add that to the number at the end of the url and there you go.

EDIT: There might be an easier way, but that's the method I found, at least.

Right beside where it says "Posted: Date, Time, etc" there is a little square (orange if the post is still new, white after you've already read it) and you can click that icon, and the url will show up in your browser.
