From that list, flight. Nothing else that was an option could, in my mind, possibly compare to being able to fly around, to soar free through the sky.
Where is time/space continuum control? I suppose if super speed allowed for movement nearing the speed of light you could move as if time were frozen. Out of those choices though, i'm gonna go with invisibility.
Time travel is too amazing to be put next to other super power options.. hah.
I also went with invisibilty.. it would just be soo cool. Muahha

If I splash you with paint, does the paint become invisible? Can I see your footprints, or your movement through the rain or a cloud of something? Are you silent or do you make noise with your movement? Etc etc.
Invulnurability would be a lot of fun, too.

Eh I'd worry about overdoing it. Or wounding something that wouldn't necessarily heal right, like my brain. I want to be able to jump off of buildings, to swim with sharks, to wave swords in the lightning, to stand before trains, to witness an atomic test from close range, and to be none the worse for it.

Oh come on, I'm the only one to vote for metal control? Has no one here seen X3? Magneto moves a bridge, a whole bridge! And he can fly and is semi-invulnerable (someone trying to hit you, lets see how they like hitting a steel wall...that's 5 ft. thick...and coming towards them at 50 mph.)
And fuggle I'm pretty sure wolverine could do all of that and still be perfectly fine at the end of the day...except the atomic test.
Really though the best two super powers ever are Vandal Savage and Immortal Man/Resurrection Man. Vandal - Can't die...that's about it...oh sure, he can be killed, by having a time travel take him to the death of the universe, but other than that he simply can't die. Immortal man can die, but always comes back after a few seconds as though nothing had happened. Both could witness an atomic blast at close range and be none the worse for wear...

I think my favorite superheroes, in terms of the powers they had, were Elijah Snow (ability to manipulate heat) and Jack Hawksmoore (God of Cities ... though it would be kinda a pain to not be able to get out of a city, ever) ... as for metal control, I dunno - if you mean magnetism, does that involve being able to control electricity?
(actually if it was anyone's power, it'd be either The Doctor or Jenny Quantum. Basically unlimited power! ahaha...
