Oh, and Deacon, believing that you and Seir were over-the-top nasty doesn't constitute "deluding myself." Neither you nor Seir can handle any point of view outside of your own. Lump it and grow up. Other points of view exist and they have just as much right to do so as what you believe, despite what your weaknesses and insecurities tell you.

As for you, Spikegirl, I certainly am older than you, and it's rather showing at the moment. Follow your own advice about growing up. You're 20 and can't yet work out the difference between attacking an attitude and attacking a person. I only ever attacked people in retaliation to their attacks. Or had you not noticed?

To conclude, I think the nastiness displayed here belies an inherent insecurity. It seems too many people see asking a principled favour as me trying to shit on their rights.

Thorsman is the Ásatrú god of irony, apparently. His most recent post, for example, is the embodiment of the it. I think. Surely there's some other term that's more accurate that can be sullied instead. Some choice cuts:
