REMINDER: We're getting VERY close, here. PLEASE check the list below to make SURE that it's accurate for you!

NOTE: Greg wants someone to bring an XBox 360 :)

If you're marked down as bringing something that you're not going to bring, for instance, make sure to reply as such.

OK, there's a large number of things that need to be coordinated, here, to make sure things go smoothly. This list (which may be expanded at any time) includes Group Travel Arrangements, DVDs, Game Systems, and Games. If you know of additional items to be arranged, please let me know. I will update this post as things are worked out. You should be able to refer back to this post as the source of this info.

If your information is not here, it's because it's not otherwise easily accessible. Thus the purpose of this thread. Please post succinct, consolidated information in a reply to this thread so that I can properly keep this post up to date. If you're providing rides for people, post your info including flight number and such and who's riding with you. If you're bringing, say, a game system and 3 controllers and 2 games, spell it out. Some of this information may at first be slightly incorrect. I'm mostly trying to build out the template. Reply with corrections any errors you see, at any time.

Awesome work Deacon.

I am arriving at 17:07 (5:07 PM) Eastern time at ORF.

I will be renting a car... Although some shitty stuff has come up with my personal insurance, and it may be preferable if James rents under his name (Cheaper?) I have some logistics to work out...

I can bring Guitar Hero 1 and one Guitar Hero controller. Guitar Hero 2 belongs to my roommate, so I can't really take that (Unless no one else can =P)

For reference, I have decided that HTML is much better to work with than BBCode. It turns out phpBB2 has some issues (bugs) with ordered lists, too :x

Also, Jamie, you neglected to include your flight number (and arrival date--assuming Saturday) as well as your departing info :)

It's for gamecube, so it can go with the Wii. Only one Mic, though. Also, we'll bring Super Monkey ball for the Wii, and our two controllers. We can also bring our 2 360 controllers, as well as Gears of War, Saints Row, Viva Pinata, and Burnout Revenge. (I think... the 360 one) I'll also toss Gran Turismo 4 and Tourist Trophy on the PS2 pile... I loves me some racing games.

We're also bringing our Magic : The Gathering cards. Muy neccisito.

We'll also bring a handful of other moderate interest movies. Probably "The Gamers", An Evening With Kevin Smith, (For those who haven't seen it) and possibly "War Games", mostly 'cause Liz hasn't seen it.

War Games has been sitting on my DVD-rack for going on three years now, and I've still never seen it. Got it for Christmas one year and never ended up watching it, though I can recall the Shanty watching it just as I was leaving or whatever some half a dozen times...
