LoL hmm yeah since I am the one that is really into the RLF thing that might be a little selfish, but he does really really like to travel and go to the casino so it would make us both happy :P

Simpsons episode

Homer: Happy Birthday
Marge: It's a bowling ball
Homer: Yeah
Marge: I don't bowl, this is for you isn't it?
Homer: No, no its for you
Marge: It has your name written on it.
(I'm sure that wasn't exact but close)

We had better get something planned soon as Deacon's schedule is filling up. Or was that intentional? :shifty:

Hehehe, no, the travel is just starting to get a little crazy here at work. The other day I heard some thinking-out-loud that we might have to hire someone to do all the on-site stuff, because when I'm gone it leaves the office in a lurch. I was gone the entire first half of August, I'll be gone half of September, and I've already got a week booked in October. Ridiculous.

A bar near me just started stocking LeinenKugel. We all jokingly refer to it as a lieneken

I don't get it. Is it supposed to be a play on Heineken? That doesn't make much sense to me since they're very different beers, but that's the best I can come up with.

I've been working ~60-hour weeks for a month, including one stretch of 19 days where I got one day off -- and that day was spent moving my grandfather into his new apartment in 110-degree Laughlin, NV, after which I got just over four hours of sleep before driving home so I could be at work by 11am the next morning. If I don't get reminders, I don't get much done away from work. Jez has to remind me to eat even more frequently than usual.
If I show up at your door, chances are you did something to bring me there.

So I suggest we have this thing in San Antonio at Deacon's house as Greg and I need to travel down there anyways. Everyone down for that? There may not be strippers but Deacon tells me that there are trannys in clear heels in Austin which is about an hour away. :D

Can we eat at Mi Tierres?

If we do San Antonio, I might need to make a road trip to Cameron county, and Hidalgo county.

I'm sure that can be arranged, Bigity :)

Actually, that's certainly priced right for me. And as far as accommodations are concerned, Liz and Greg would take up a room, I've got a queen in the office, and I've got both a couch and a love seat. And an empty spot in the King next to me :)

In fact, if sleeping bags and/or air mattresses are used, there's PLENTY of floor space. Theoretically, if y'all don't mind it being fairly densely packed like the gathering in California when we rented out two suites, then it's possible that nobody would have to rent a hotel room, unless this grows too big. Growing too big is something to think about, too, though, regardless.

Any reason in particular?
