I know the premise and my mom wants me to watch it with her but I can't stand this unclear hokey pseudo-psychedelic bullshit.

Here's the synopsis: It's easily the most predictable unclear hokey pseudo-psychedelic bullshit movie I've ever seen. Furthermore, the premise is laughable and cliched, the ending was unsatisfactory and left several unanswered questions, and the characters seemed to be a poor match (reference any scene where Sandra Bullock's "mother" was supposed to react... to anything). The movie was not worth the money I paid to rent it, and I got it for free.
My slow descent into madness seems to have abruptly become a flaming plunge.

I think around the second day where she woke up and he was dead I knew that the end of the movie he'd die no matter what.

It's so easy to tell because she doesn't try to change the past (the days before he dies) she ends up doing the very things that lead to his death and her going to the hospital/insane asylum.

Still, I liked the premise and I liked how it ended with him dying. My girlfriend hated it because of that. Go figure.

I didn't hate this movie.
