I really hope the entire season follows the two-parter format for each story. It's a pacing that harkens back to the classic series where the story wasn't in such a rush to finish. I also hope they keep the rock version of the theme.

Just like with "Listen" I'm wondering who The Doctor is supposed to be talking to with these lectures (aside from the fourth wall).

Ah. I think you have it. I've been wondering why I was enjoying the opening four episodes more than recent series and part of it is that they're not machine-gunning dialogue at the screen while sprinting around.

I've not enjoyed the opening of a TV program in quite some time. Tied up beautifully with the resolution also.

And I want to sex-wee in Clara.

I don't think the inclusion of [spoilers]Lion-O[/spoilers] was in the least bit necessary to the story but this was an excellent example of the two-part format working well. Some nice acting. I just can't relax watching NuWho any more as I'm always terrified I'm going to miss something seemingly small but actually hugely significant.

The Zygon Inversion, if you haven't watched the 2 part episode you should. Really powerful episodes and the reason I always put this show at the top of my must see list.
