There is a vast difference (vas deferens, teehee) between someone having sex because they feel the urge and that the time is right and someone who goes around having sex with anyone or anything that will have it.

The former is called being human, the latter leans strongly toward the "slut" term. Generalizing the term to mean having sex "just to have sex" is a gross exaggeration trying to make it fit into my latter definition.
