If no one rides with us, the miata will take up minimal space.

Also, I vote Greg doesn't lead any caravans this trip... :D

Having had a look you could be saving me around $200 in airfare (not to mention allowing me to fly direct.) I am very interested in taking up your offer. I've added your all your IM details if so we can discuss fine points when you sign in.

I'll try to remember to log in when I get home. I'm usually only on while at work...

That would be a good idea. Greg was leading a caravan of people on Sunday and this is what happened.

What the hell? Where was that? Had you at least gotten your Texas plates and driver's license by then?

FYI I plan to land at 10:35 a.m. on Saturday the 12th and ride with baghead et al to the house.

It was on 80, right after the intersection that you turn on to head to Lockhart. There is a small stretch inside Martindale that the speed drops to 55 and Greg was still going 65. We still have our CA licenses and plates mostly because 1) They cost money and we didn't have any until just recently. 2) We didn't have a car to take to get plates. We evidentially have to go get some inspection certificate in order to register the car. We told him that we just moved to Lockhart and haven't registered yet.

Tickets booked.

I'll be arriving at ATL on April 11th at 0010 (AA flight #2020 from Dallas/Fort Worth). Where I'll be staying the night at Rkitect's.

Grand plans are afoot to meet Kitsi during the day on the 11th before leaving with Rk and wife that evening to spend the night and following morning at his parent's; before joining the gathering whole late afternoon on the 12th.

Updated Itenerary:
Pick BtEO from Hartsfield Jackson Friday morning around midnight (they're really flying you in through Dallas/Forth Worth?)
Joanna, BtEO and I will be driving from Atlanta to Wake Forest Friday night, staying the night and then leaving Saturday noon for OBX. We will probably arrive in OBX right around 4pm. This time we won't be required to leave in the middle of the week (WOOT!)

Rkitect's Shaggin Wagon:
(2) Spaces open with room for luggage.

FYI, this means we will be bringing the Wagon and not the miniature car. We can pick people up and take them back to/from the Norfolk airport throughout the week if it helps with the parking situation.

Direct flights were much rarer, none in the end with a suitable combination of time & price.

Yeah, I knew that about American Airlines. It's just always been odd to me that the cheaper flights are the ones that take you past your final destination and then back.

Not until he's paid the rest of the monies involved.
If I show up at your door, chances are you did something to bring me there.
