Generally Mike's though more of an asshole than a dick — but I think it's close enough.

Is that from some sort of Walkyverse comic?
"He who lives by the sword dies by my arrow."

"In your histories, there are continual justifications for all manner of hellish actions. Claims of nobility and heritage and honor to cover up every bit of genocide, assassination, and massacre. At least the Horde is honest in their naked lust for power."

Arc, you may want to work on that design a little more. Even if the weren't a space missing between "the" and "agitators" it's still kind of blotchy to read and oddly laid out.

EDIT: Whoops, looks like you edited it. Well, still, the text needs some work :)

EDIT2: WTF? Is this on some sort of rotating sig image script or something?

I'm using a script to pull random lines from a text file and pop them in an image.

You're right, though. I need to replace the font I'm using - it just doesn't look good at that size.

That is mighty nifty...

Ey, didn't someone - until fairly recently - have Richard Vernon from the breakfast club in their sig?
If not, I'm going to snaffle him. If so, I'm going to have to think again.

Since Deacon stole Dick Tracy (I had all the images set for it too, ya wanker!), I had to find another Dick.

FYI - This is my first attempt at using GIMP. I'm not overly thrilled with it, but it beats the pants off of MS Paint.

Paint.NET is also a good free alternative to Paint if you don't get on with GIMP.

Also, you might want to boost the quality a little — JPEG artifacts are ruining the text at the moment.
