I (once again) plan on getting more active on the forums here. I've come here almost every day, just never have the guts to post I guess. I figured since I'm so danged quiet I'd reintroduce myself.

24, Married, kiddo on the way. From Texas, born and raised. I have a mildly entertaining job as an AV tech and occasional scorebug op for FSN. (For those who don't know, the scorebug is the strip across the top of the screen when you watch a sporting event that tells you the score, time remaining, inning, period, or whatnot.)

So yeah, hi. Again.

Maybe you can tell me why the hell it is that Fox feels the best place for the scorebug isn't at, say, the top of the screen but down further in the way.

A better question would be why they can't place the cameras in a position that aligns the sidelines in the shot with the scorebug... I felt like NY won because the field was tilting the entire game... :)

You know, I had a guy the other day talk about how the bug was TOO high, and got clipped off the top of his screen.

But, no. I have no idea. I just press the buttons.
