The way this who thread turned out was just... weird. Like... heh...
It's almost a duty to not let this thread die now.
I nominate this to be the official cheese thread.
Cheeseburgers. American or Cheddar?

Cheddar is good for a hamburger, but I find Monterrey Jack, Mozzarella and Gouda really good cheeses for hamburger. (I would not recommend Blue Cheese though.)
I was looking for an unique Mac and Cheese recipe, and I saw one that had as one of the ingredients, peanut butter and jelly. Cheese, peanut butter AND jelly? Crazy... (Not totally unusual. I tasted one that had Tabasco hot sauce as one of the ingredients. Granted, Tabasco is to hot sauces what A1 is to steak sauces, but it was still pretty good.)

Pruning? You mean that function that is explicitly turned off throughout the forum? We have five years (and counting now) of posts here. We don't delete threads.

American is not cheese.

If I show up at your door, chances are you did something to bring me there.

So I guess what I'm trying to say is, uh, your ass is going to get sore?
Jez, your ability to disturb me is unmatched.

Ok, i get it. I overreacted. There. Now forget about it and continue with the cheese conversations... Swiss is awesome no matter what anyone says. They make awesome chocolate and even better cheese.

Swiss is awesome, but I prefer a nice, aged, sharp cheddar. Sharp enough to make you bleed.

There is no such thing as 'too sharp' when it comes to cheddar. That is some seriously good stuff.

I like the mexican blended shredded cheese. I put it on almost everything.
Cheese. MMMMM
Oh and stinky cheese with a nice Pino Grigio can't be beat.

Velveeta is accectable in certain situations, such as making a queso dip.
I will never eat just velveeta though.
