I'd play, though I should warn I've never played Cyberpunk RPGs before. (For that matter, it's been a good year or so since I've played a single sessions of any tabletop RPG.)

I've played (and GMed) a lot of Shadowrun, unless you're talking about GURPS Cyberpunk or something.
My slow descent into madness seems to have abruptly become a flaming plunge.
