Re: Real Life Comics Meet-up
I'm already haulin' one up there, might as well make it two! And according to your info you're in Bellaire, so that should be an easy grab and go.....AKCat wrote:Oh man, I am so down for this. I just signed up to post this. =P Been lurking around for a long, long time now.
But to all the people that are heading out there from Houston. Anyone willing to take along one more? I'd be more that grateful. Don't have a ride out there.
Grar.

You must have missed our "Rainbow Apocalypse" event. There were unicorns and lots of cotton candy. Lots of fun. And then the world just made this nice popping noise that made everyone giggle as they ceased to exist.Sophira wrote:Cataclysmic apocalypse seems pretty redundant.
Sadly, there is no visual evidence of this event, though keep your eyes out on youtube. You never know when someone will find some.

You say gross now, Deacon, but we all know better.
Sadly, I won't be able to attend. The medical exams for the family just made that an impossibility.

The 29th sounds good, hopefully I'll be able to drive down to lockhart from austin and meet up, possibly bringing a +1
Re: Real Life Comics Meet-up
Get to really meet the maker of one of the first webcomics that started my horrible addiction? Heck yeah! And will probably bring 1-2 others.
Re: Real Life Comics Meet-up
Thanks for the welcome.
Jeez, over 9000 people and you'd think one of them would say something...

Forgive us for not giving you a huge welcome with open arms, after such an introduction. In another thread, Marvalo wrote:I just found out about this comic 20 minutes ago. Just finished reading the Y2K comic. So... yeah. I doubt I'll stay and I'll probably forget about this little comic in a couple of days.
Reading Perl is like reading music. It can be a little hard to get into at first, but once you can read it, it's like food for the soul.

Mark me as 99.997% likely to come. I refuse to commit because something could come up, especially something school related, but I still intend fully to come if situations are normal, though I won't leave intent not open to changing with circumstances.
(Noncommittal much? Of course.)
