To me guys that are clean shaven look lazy.

I don't understand that line since it hurts so damn much to shave. There is only one razor that doesn't feel like I'm going to town on my cheek with a hedge trimmer. Electric never works for me.

I refuse to shave on the weekend unless I'm going out somewhere nice.

I use an electric. It's not the best, but I don't end up making a donation to the Red Cross when I shave this way.

I very much prefer men with well taken care of facial hair. Personally I think that picture looks very professional and incredibly sexy. As long as you keep it kept up and don't let it get shaggy (which can still look sexy, but not as professional) you should be fine. In my opinion.

Well, I'm at the program now and I ended up going down to a goatee and mustache. The director had suggested I shave with no real guidelines, as most on Capitol Hill are clean shaven. But, it ended up that this smaller amount of facial hair did not bother anyone in the program. And, of course, the most important thing is that I don't look 12...haha.

Weird, I shave using nothing more than water and a mach3, and it's painless.

I think a combination of little scars, tough hair, and rough skin make it a pain to shave.

I hear that the coarser the hair, the worse it is. I've dated guys who hated shaving because of the pain of it, and guys who didn't seem to mind it. The difference was the texture of the hair. Possibly something with the skin, but nothing I noticed. (I wonder if that makes me a bad date.)

I think facial hair is very sexy - and it CAN be professional if it's well-kempt. It depends on what image you want to portray because as much as people say "don't judge a book by it's cover"... well you simply can and people really do. The image of you isn't viewable by me currently but I'll stick with the 'keep it trimmed and pretty' sentiment.
