I stand by my original assertion, that it's a lose-lose for the US to get involved. If we get involved, they hate us, and we receive no tangible benefit from it. Harden your heart and let this little shitstain of a country implode on itself. Most of the rest of the continent needs a good cleansing by fire anyway.

I'd argue that most of the rest of the continent is in the process of a good cleansing by fire right now. Between the wars, deforestation and various other things.

Would these be the stamps from the 1920's and early 30's?

The thought had crossed my mind to move to Zimbabwe briefly just to say I was a multi-trillionaire.

Was Zimbabwe the aerial shot for the beginning of the movie Coming to America? (The last funny movie featuring Eddie Murphy, I believe.)

The problem isn't that Shrek wasn't funny, it's that it didn't feature Eddie Murphy, like in his latest disaster: Dave. Eddie Murphy was sharing the spotlight with Mike Myers, Cameron Diaz, and then later on Antonio Bandaras, Julie Andrews, and so on. (Oh, and as an aside, why is Dreamworks doing a 4th Shrek?)

I've never seen Life, but Rotten Tomatoes has a consensus rating of 49%, for what it's worth. Interesting enough, 48 Hrs was considered his most critically acclaimed work (97% ) while The Adventures of Pluto Nash is his worst (6%), giving Murphy an average of 33% for all of his movies that Rotten Tomatoes has been able to find reviews for.

They need to start using Scientific Notation. Think of the savings on ink.

When the companies that design your countries' money and sends the appropriate banknote papers halted their shipment and puts their employees on a mandatory paid leave in protest of Zimbabwe's current economic crisis, you're having a lot of problems. Pity a country can't declare bankruptcy.

I would love to have a letter from back then. Mailing a letter in the almost last stages was around 33.450 trillion Mark. They had another quadruplication before they made a new money system.
Is it trillion based on long scale or short scale? Because for Americans, trilion has 12 zero, while long scale trillion has 18 zero, which would be quite surprising even for Germany at this time.
