8/5/08 Something new!
Re: 8/5/08 Something new!
Hmph,
Sorry, Greg, you don't quite qualify for "Old Man" status yet. I read my first comic long before the invention of the personal computer, much less teh Intarwebs, when I became a Batman fan in 1961, at the ripe old age of seven. Yes, seven. I'm 54.
That 15 year old girl could -almost- be my granddaughter.
. . . but my daughter's only 31.

I was 21...although I feel old knowing that some of the kids I used to babysit for are now in college.

People graduating this year were born in the 90's! THE 90's! I was a teenager in the 90's! Granted on the other end of the decade, but still! People graduating High School were born when Nirvana was big... Think about that....
*shudders*
Yeah... I fall into that category myself :p
(almost) free at last!
Sorry, old man.
Excellent work on the page, Greg.

I was already several years married by the 90s!

I was going to call it "A Sign Of The Times", had darkstar2a not beaten me to the punch.adciv wrote:Dammit, you should have called the thread MINOR.darkstar2a wrote:Sweeeet!

But seriously, what is with all these young people reading comics nowadays? Shouldn't they be doing drugs, hanging around shopping centres in packs, and raping and murdering in GTA4, or something?
