As long as one of two conditions are met: 1) She actually had a full head of hair and/or didn't shave her head. 2) She could pull off the shaved head look. Then, why not?

What would happen if you got your alternate self pregnant? Is that cloning? Would the unification of the two elements from different universes cause something chaotic?

I imagine it'd be similar to fraternal mixed-gender twins having kids, in terms of potential for genetic screwup.
As for the clone issue, I'm not sure - you'd have less genetically in common than clones (like identical twins) already do , but... hmm.
Personally, I'd be interested in the psychology of it, and how World 1 and World A would diverge if the AU was spawned and started off from a point of just that one difference - which is the only way I can really conceptualize it happening. Hm.

Even if your alternate self had the exact same DNA except for the XX/XY thing, it would not be cloning unless each of your DNA pairs was identical. Last I heard, this doesn't normally happen. If each of your DNA pairs was identicaly, then it would essentially be cloning.
