Heh, there was still a good dozen-15 folks at the panel, only a couple folks left when they found out he wasn't actually Johnny Yong Bosch. Nice, small informal fun =)

Now, Bosch's panel who was right after had like..12 billion people lined up to go in after we were done XD Poor guy.

Ah. I didn't know. I totally understand that, but I was disappointed to look at that list and not see anything I'd watched before. I was all expecting to be pleasantly surprised. Mark Hamill, Billy West, etc, then yes

JYB does the voice of the main character, Ichigo in Bleach, which is probably one of my favorite anime to come along in a while - I've fallen out with it during the current arc because there was just SO MUCH going on. But I did catch the dubbed Bleach move on CN the other night, and JYB's performance, especially toward the end was fantastic. I did originally pass him off as just a "power ranger" when he first got into voice acting, but...yeah, he sold me with Ichigo's performance.

Uh, and on that long, rambling note, I would have been to both panels, Greg, yours and his, had I attended!

Yes, it is very good. The first arc (Soul Society) especially. After that (in the anime) comes the Bount arc, which I could take an axe to, because not only is it filler, it's BAD filler, and after that is the current arc, which I can't remember the name of, but has a *hell* of a lot more characters than I could keep up with. Maybe someone else can keep up with them better than I can - eventually I'll dive back into it though.

Ehhh there is a hell of a lot more than 3 arcs... so far in Japan there is 12 seasons, the first episode aired in 2004, so it's been on a long time. And the first arc isn't Soul Society that's the second. The first is Substitute and how Ichigo became a Shinigami. Then comes Bount, which in my opinion should never be seen because it is an outrageously long filler arc. Then comes more of the current story line, the Arrancar, then the trip to Hueco Mundo. Then another stupid filler arc, at least that one was shorter than Bount. Then you're current with the Espada fights. (Love Bleach if ya haven't noticed and I can remember almost all characters except filler arc characters.) By the way the English Dub is currently right before the "New Captain" filler arc.

But Bleach is not my favorite JYB anime... I loved him as Vash in Trigun. That's one of his best in my opinion.
