No way. River Song is in jail because she killed a good man, a hero to many, and the best she's ever known. Now, while the Doctor tries to do good things, he's doesn't really fit the definition of a good man. Given Rory's aptitude at getting himself killed (and having it not stick), I think he may actually be the good man that River Song kills.

Now, what this has to do with a little girl regenerating in an alley in in New York in December of 1969, or Amy's on again off again pregnancy I don't know. Maybe nothing. But River Song kill the Doctor? Too obvious, far too obvious.

OH MY GOD TAKE IT TO THE DR WHO THREAD ALREADY. :P

I'm working my way through the series, but I imagine it'll take me a while before I reach her as a character. :)
