It's also a lucky number in China.

Re: 2011-06-08 Six? Prisoner?
When I first read "Six," I went straight to the obligatory BSG reference. Then I red The Prisoner reference and thought, "Well played, Mr. Dean... Well played, indeed."
I forwarded the strip to my wife, as we are expecting twins in a couple of months. She's been... leery... about sharing our thoughts on the kids' names - especially since we are not finding out what sex(es) the kids will be until they are delivered. Our doctors and ultrasound techs have (fortunately/thankfully) been kind enough to keep the secret from us.
The response I recieved was: Excellent. Suddenly 'Sue' and 'Rock&Roll' make perfect sense.
...although, she amended her statement later to say that she was changing 'Sue' to 'Steve McQueen' because she wasn't sure how many people would get the Johnny Cash reference and because 'Steve McQueen' just sounded bad-ass.
I, personally, am simply codenaming the kids "01" and "10," at least until they start to exhibit superpowers. At that point, I'll consider giving them more appropriate code names.

We called our boyo "Stree" until he was born because our last name is King (say them together really quickly).
I also thought BSG over the Prisoner.
