USU (Utah State University) has a good CS program, and Japanese classes.

Come to the University of Iowa. We have a good Japanese department, and a remarkably high Japanese population on campus. We have the best CS department in the midwest.... And the TAs are the best in the universe, and nicest, too! Not to mention beautiful and almost godly....
