Greg hates FF7

Talk about today's strip, or anything about the comic in general. You can also talk about any of the characters... but don't expect a response. They're FICTIONAL, you guys... sheesh. :)

I'm a big a FF7 fan as the next guy... as you could tell by my avatar. But I think ppl who say they like it best are like the yankee fans... oh how original!
I see the light in the sand
Time to find out who I am
Looking back to see where I stand
See my reflection change

I liked FF tactics alot, but my favorite would have to be FFVII, I never beat VIII or IX (you see if you still have a soul after your memory card corrupts, YOU WON'T, TRUST ME)

anyway, going back to the greed thing, greed is part of human nature, to want more and need more. it has been the backbone of our civilization. sure, it is destroying the "world" as in nature, but civilization hardly falls from excess greed, in fact, it thrives. (I know, I want to cry to 8) )

Yes, but not as much as the others. I can't really hate someone fully with excessive Cowboy Bebop and Fight Club items.

FF8 was teh shizzy IMO. The story/graphics all top notch, but the system was a bit complicated, everytime I pick it up again I have to relearn who's summons were learning what, who had what summons etc...

Another thing I loved about FF8 was that it was marketed to high holy hell, I have mousepads and wallscrolls and action figures... FFX was the same kind of idea (same dev team too), I don't have near the amount of FFX stuff as I do 8, but I think that's why I loved both games more than 7 or 9 was because there was more memoribilia that was available or at least what was available was more appealing IMO

Yes, it shows...the ladies love Squall. As do a great deal of the men. He does have a nice jacket, I'll confess.

But this is a bit of a redundant topic. Any of the FF could be considered 'The Best', and each given great\terrible arguements for each. Its a matter of opinion.

Myself? Its all about the 8bit days. I don't bother with the new ones. They don't make any damn sense.

Yes, and your massive Jedi-Trinity-Squall-Whatserface obsession is the pinnacle of mental health, apparently.

Funny, because I know some people who hate the game just because of what you just mentioned. At first I actually thought you were being sarcastic when you said that.
