I think I tried to play kingdom hearts and after a point just got bored.
It's a shame to really call it an RPG. Damn near no role-playing, just being dragged down a storyline.

Orphen: Scions of somethingorother for the PS2
The Japanese version of this game might not be so bad, but the US version is downright terrible. The graphics are very poor, the gameplay is pretty boring, but the American voice overs are downright TERRIBLE. Their timing is off, the voices sound stupid, and the mouths of the characters don't even come CLOSE to synching up with the words. It is pretty funny to hear them yelling and then 4 seconds later their arms start flailing but by that time they have finished talking.

I don't know about console games, really, but I can list some lame PC games.
Daikitana: 45 in PC Gamer. Lowest score EVER.
Games that used to be really neat and fun, but now seem lame:
Grand Theft Auto: Compare it to GTA3. Still fun, but strangely empty.

QBasic Bananas: A monkey lobbing bananas at another monkey. Lame, yet fun. Fun, yet lame.

Super man for the nes and MK for the GBA are up there in the list of worst games period. I am going to add one game on the PC, Sky Dive!

ff8 was pretty bad - spend all of of your time drawing and refining wheeeee
the dubbing in ffx was pretty bad, though the game is ok ^^
Lets see, Castelquest I remember for the NES was a particularly poor game
King of Monsters for the snes was fairly cheesy too
American Gladiatiors for snes was poopoo

Ohhh wait a sec, that's an easy question - ET - worst game of all time, so bad that Atari spent money to destroy the excess cartridges

Crazy with a capital psycho.
If we are talking about recent crap games the first one that comes to mind is Gunvalkerie (or however you spell it). I heard good things but when I popped it into my XBox I wanted to kill myself.
