They have changed, there is no "may". Even despite that, how the heck could you say that the scout had 30 rounds in a clip? Additionally you also mentioned you didn't play for a long time, yet you talked and boasted as if you were still playing.
And despite the changes, it still stand that the scout was NEVER useful against experienced players.

Yo Mav, I'm real happy for you and Imma let you finish but Hirschoff had the best sig trends of all time.

Whatever, I don't have a good memory for specific details. I'll admit I was wrong about the scout, my memory is very hazy. But I do remember that I took down many supposedly experienced players with the scout, back in my day.
"Maybe that's just me, maybe I'm crazy."

One thing for people to say they're experts, another thing for them to be tested. Try looking at some demos sometime and see if any of the professionally paid CS players actually bother with scout.

I say it is idiotic because you can pay 20 dollars to get a game, then win 60,000 dollars from it. Winning money from card games like MTG makes more sense cause the winners of those tournaments pu several hundred dollars into their cards.

Why's it idiotic to get a large return? Especially considering the competition. So what if they don't spend as much money as a MTG player? I'd rather take my chances on 20 dollars than thousands of dollars. You're also ignoring the fact that a PC isn't exactly small potatoes as well, if you're equating the intellectual value of a prize with how much money one spends on it. In all they're investing a large amount of skill and practice into the competition.
I guess the state lottery is the most idiotic concept because it's all luck and one dollar can indeed turn into millions of dollars.

Well, people put thousands of dollars into their magic cards, just like gamers put thousands of dollars into their machines... My machine, start to finish would run you about 3 grand, if you total it all up. Show me a magic player that has a $3000 dollar deck. I DARE YOU. Bitch better have like 4 black lotuses and Alpha and Beta edition of every card, and like every good artifact ever.
Thousands of dollars on magic cards... maybe they spent thousands on the packs, because people do that sort of retarded shit, but anyone who plays pro knows exactly what they want to make after they get started, no one buys packs who plays pro, they buy singles. And even then, those don't run more than like $100 a card.
People can be ignorant sometimes, it brings a smile to my face when I think of the special ed teachers having fun with these people each and every day.
