I put the term heavy metal in a broad, bunched-together term, otherwise KoRn, Megadeth, CoF, Coal Chamber, Fear Factory, PM5K, and Deadsy. just to name a few.

Edit: However too bad the music you like sucks. If we get married I'll have to convert you to symphonnic metal and gothic music.

Give an example of what kind of symphonic metal and I might like it. I'm kind of sheltered here in the woods of redneckville, so I only have oh so many choices

and yes I'm learning C++ in PreCalc. soon Calc, and we're doing java later this year. The class never got past ch 4 in C++ though, but I was pretty good at it.

Interesting choices of bands, ever tried Nonpoint? Hed P.E.? Nullset? Corrosion of Conformity? CKY? Flaw? Holochaust? Hatebreed? Iniquity?

All are good bands, though Nonpoint's recent CD was lackluster to say the least.

There is a lot of various stuff, but symphonnic metal is the kind of music made by bands like Nightwish, Blind Guardian, or Sonata Arctica.
And the Aqua MP3 you saw is a remake of "Baby Girl" by Rammstein. Pretty funny.

Oakenfold is good stuff, well, some of the time, other times not so much. It really depends on preferred genre. If you like Techno, he's like Metallica (pre-Load) is to Rock, one of those things you can't do without.
