I was actually going to take Gaelic in college, but that you all for the suggestions. This has really gotten me thinking. So, this summer, I plan on learning Binary, Sindarin, Klingon (yeah, yeah, I know, I'm a trekkie, but thats ok!) and maybe Sanskrit! After that, I plan on learning how to fight with a quarterstaff and how to make my own ren clothing!

*sigh* I say I plan on learning all this. And I want to. But I'll probably end up spending all my time reading science fiction books and LARPing. Oh well. It gave me something to think about today . . .

Thank you! :D

i think, and this is just me, that you want to speak in binary code but be using letters. That would be ASCII, my friend, and just try the ALT + Codes.

alt + 1 = ☺, alt + 2 = ☻, i think you need to use 4 numbers though. 6 = alt+54 §§ <-wtf (alt+21).

I dont know, just look up the ascii codes and leave me out of it. Then translate into binary. ASCII will fit into 8 bit binary, which is as follows

00000000 = 0
00000001 = 1
00000010 = 2
00000011 = 3
00000100 = 4

it's just like tallies, although its factors of 2. Yeah.

Heres some more
00001000 = 8
00010000 = 16
00100000 = 32
01000000 = 64
10000000 = 128

Now you just add up the numbers so that it comes out right. like tallies, but the 0's count. Argh, the 128ths place may confuse you :)
hahaha i don't come to these forums anymore :x

01000001 = A
01000010 = B
01000011 = C...

01100001 = a
01100010 = b
01100011 = c...

Actually, that is a common joke. The most known incarnation of it is the ThinkGeek.com T-Shirts.

I actually had a cd that taught you how to speak Klingon. Funnily enough it came with the game Klingon. I miss that cd i could insult people in a completley fictional language.

Hell, I don't know if Tuco thought of ALL the possibilities how to enter a room. And how the hell did you fall through a roof?

umm spoon i don't know where you are trying to go with this but true binary is only 1 and 0's representing numbers. letters are represented in hex which is where i think you are going
