Since I don't drink ANYWAY, I've not tried absinthe. But it's not something I'd avoid trying should I ever take up drinking.

AuroraMystic, ok,.. first off,. they never PUT THC into Absinthe, the active moloculue in wormwood is a variant of THC and has similar effects, the alcohol just amplifys it's effects,.. it's still there as much as it used to be,. many people used to add Laudinum to it,... i've tried this once, VERY weird

,..... but either way,. it still is the muse to many artists,. myself included,. when I can afford it,...........

i'd try anything once as Garr said its better to go out in a blaze of glory, and i nearly have many a time but i bounce back ready for, for life's a fatal disease we're dead the moment we're conceived, and i for one would rather have a shorter life doing what i want rather than a longer one where i avoided danger and "dangerous" substances. not rebuke here just my motto

i know im probabley brining this up way after it was stated but Garr is kind of correct about alcohol being good to you in SMALL amounts. This is due to the thinning of the blood it cause which can avoid things like high blood pressures etc.

Garr, as far as I can tell THC and thujone aren't related at all. I believe the DEA said something to that effect sometime last year, but was summarily slapped down for it.
