I have an archos jukebox 20gig. Kinda expensive but it holds a hell of a lot of music. I have 4000 songs on it and still have alot of room left. Theire is an opensource firmware available for it which i live by.
Only downsides to it is the price and the freqency you have to recharge the batteries.
