A good racing wheel???

I want to make a present to a friend of mine that really likes rally's. Can you tell me one very good racing wheel???

Logitech Makes some of the best.
As does Microsoft.

Just so you know many people feel that the First Microsoft Sidewinder Gamepad is the best Gamepad ever.
