How do I get IE6 to stop deleting my cookies every 5 minutes

I exagerate a bit, but it's still freaking annoying. Any ideas? I can't seem to find anything in the settings.

it shouldn't do that but one thing you could do is go into the properties of the folder that they are stored in and remove the delete permission from everyone, that might stop it.

It is under security. Check and see what your defaults are for Internet. If they are set too high, or set to Custom, they may be deleted. Also check under Advanced Options and see if it says to remove cookies in there.

Of course, it may be the site you are going to has a very fast 'decay' rate on cookies and requires relogin after only a few minutes, although this is rare and only usually used for highly secure sites.

ive check there already there isn't seting for cookies there fixer i thought of that aswell. but you may be right about it being the site. are all the cookies being deleted or is it only a few?
