I was with the old thread as internalchaos and I'm glad to be back! The people here are so civil and rational(for the most part) with their responses that it's a blast to post. Hopefully I can bring a new view here! :D
I'm not closed-minded. You're just wrong.

erm, missed that sticky

I'm French, attempting my master of Mechanical Eng.

I enjoy the comic alot and thought it was time to come on the forum and see who read it.

I play MechWarrior4 (Discovered Real Life through this excellent MadCat vs Eva01 fight :D ) and some other games from time to time.

I'm a big comics fan and I like to read some mangas as well.

And I'm available if you wish to know more about me :P

P.S. : I'm a forum rat and i love extensive use of smilies

Greetings all! Twev here with a brief intro. I've been reading Real Life for about 2 years or so, and must say, it's not only one of my favorite comics out there (print or web), but also, like air, a daily requirement for me. My day job is in sales, but in my off time I'm a full-time geek. I'm also a budding web comic artist myself, with my own joint comic scheduled to make its debut this April. You'll probably be seeing a lot of me around, so until we meet up again, as always, have fun!

i'm new, i just found out about this comic site last night. one of my livejournal friends posted a strip from here in her journal and i thought it was hilarious.. i've been reading the archived strips for about 3 straight hours now.. decided to take a break and come see what the forum was all about. anyway, i'm heather. 24 years old, un-employed and married. nice to be here.

Hello! I am also a newbie. I was on the old forum as VW2002, but I didn't post much/didn't come around much (I am a bit shy, and it was the middle of the "what is to be done with all the N00BZ era).
Belive me.. it is not my native language.
*skulle aldrig vilja ha ett så fult språk som engelska som mitt modersmål*
Hey now, I can think of much uglier languages! :P
(aj fan.. de kanske till och med kan komma på iden att kolla i ett engelsk-svenskt lexicon.. tänkte inte på det.)
Yeah, or they could have English as their native language but still understand Swedish (trying to figure out a completely foreign language with a dictionary is not that easy).
Det är inte så vanligt att engelsktalande lär sig svenska, men det händer ibland!
(It's not that common that English-speakers learn Swedish, but it happens sometimes) :D

Å! En göteborgska? Gött.

This can be handy at times: Swedish to english and back 'n' forth lexicon

Yes, I have that link in my favourites (too many Swedish words to learn, so little time). Although, Isifer may have to kill you for providing that info... :D

I can't tell you how much I love the word "gött"...it just seems to sum up the Gothenburg way of speaking!

Ashen, why would I wan´t to kill him? I think that was a nice gesture he did.
Altough I don´t think there will be many who will use it.

O, danke, Isisfer *takes a bow*

Maybe we oughta paste that URL in our sigs? Heh. "Don't understand us? Click here to translate" :-P

Gothenburg is quite great indeed, feels more relaxed than Stockholm.

oh yeah If I didn't already mention I am also making a webcomic... its not that big so far but its been going on for 3 weeks. I post about 2 a week or more if im energetic, but quite frankly, it takes at least 2 hours for me to draw one. If anyone wants to see it (its about dungeons and dragons) go to http://www.thewhiteknight.cjb.net
D&D players beware! such an unbalenced team and unruly world we have in this webcomic....

New forum. Ooooo, shiny. Is this my cue to run around screaming like a madwoman? Or at least like someone who has to pee real bad when her roommate's in the bathroom?

Hi. I'm Neko-Chan. I'm strange. Pleased to be back.

(that oughta leave 'em wondering. Mwah ha ha ha!)
