Ideas change minds. Peace is the common goal of all man.

A paintball entering the eye can puncture the eye and pierce the back of the orbital cavity, embedding itself in the brain and causing death.
Because of mass carnage people might not go to war as often.
The same thing was thought of when the cannon was developed, when the machinegun was developed, when dynamite was developed, when the battleship was developed, when the tank was developed, and when nuclear weapons were developed.
If I show up at your door, chances are you did something to bring me there.

Because everyone knew that the new weapons would be used.

Tell me, if your enemy was building a battleship, would you build a battleship, or would you build a wodden caravel?
If I show up at your door, chances are you did something to bring me there.

I would actually figure out first why he is my enemy.
If he want to negotiate...
Somehow must avoid confrentation

And you think that hasn't been tried many times before in history? Sometimes negotiation won't work no matter what (look up the events involving Neville Chamberlain and the Sudetenland for one example).
Yo Mav, I'm real happy for you and Imma let you finish but Hirschoff had the best sig trends of all time.

Life is the most precious thing in the world, to destroy it is, well...bad
All people has equall chance in the world, if this one person died for something that is said by others, and follows them, there is no point for self determination.
Even if the idea is what this person think as credible, and to die and believing that dying will mean no one else will die for the cause in the future, or dying thinking that peace will be achieved after he die. Yet battle and war still continue, hopes and dreams still in reach...even after so many death, even after so many battles...

My point? you figure it out.

Life is the most precious thing in the world,
I disagree. Honor and fidelity are the most important things in the world. Life is short, messy, and only part of the story.

to die to save one is when you transend humanity

Whats honor and fidelity when there is no life? What's humanity when there is peace? Not human?

Whats honor and fidelity when there is no life?
Cattle die. Kindred die.
Every man is mortal.
But the good name never dies
Of one who has done well.
