The last time I wore a dress, someone said "oh my GOD, you're a GIRL???"

I'll be your friend. ...wait, I'm a guy. Damn my bad luck! Everyone knows females are the superior gender.

Dresses, makeup, pedicures, shopping... jumping up and down and hugging? bleh. Leave it to barbie.

Imagine if a thread like this got posted by Greg. "After months of wondering why I don't feel masculine much anymore. I have gone weightlifting. Grew a beard. Watched the man show. I even attacked the mailman in full chainmail. But I keep wondering why I don't feel manly. I kind of realized that its because I don't have any TRULY manly friends to make fun of. I have friends that are guys... but none of them that would play taps and then throw me a bachelor party if I got engaged. Or want to play football, get shitfaced together or anything like that."

Why must you be 'girlie', why the thought would make me sick if I were a female. Being bound to this line of thought having to know that no mater what I'm still going to be painting my nails and wearing clothing for fun. I could care less how I feel, I could care less how anyone feels. Ah another fine post by the Dibmister.

Lord_Dibbon, I would suggest that in future you think a little more before you make such ridiculous generalisations.

Err.. I'm no girl or anything, so count me out. I'll be a normal friend though. And Satsuki, does HLA happen to stand for "Hot Lesbian Action"? It's the only thing I could think off >.>

I was wondering how long it'd take for someone to bring up lesbians and Lizzie in the same statement. Cripes.

Bygones. The best way to meet people like that, Lizzie, is to go where they go. And as a creepy young man full of 'T3h Sm@rtz', I'm more than sure you could find girly girlfriends at:

*cue happy 50's educational film music*

-The Mall!

-The Laundromat!

-The Pet Shop!

-The Local Soda Parlor!

-The Chip'n'Dales Dance Parlor!

-Garr's House!

-Coffee Shops!

-Pottery Barn!

-Book-signings!

And many, many other places that are rather boring or smell of 'Zima'! With this short list, I'm sure you'll find the correct white upper middle-class girly girlfriend for YOU!

You should meet my fiancee. Of course, she lives also is Michigan (coincidentally with me, though God knows why). But she's very girly, and yet fun at the same time. Hmmm... She takes good care of her nails, spends 30-45 minutes a day blowdrying her hair in tiny little layers and wears makeup in that way so you can't tell it's on. You know, how girls try to do it. And she loves to Play Halo with me... Wait, that's not girlie...

Anyway, she's always buying little gifts for her friends and is going back to school to get her masters in High School counseling... Isn't that just the sweetest thing?

I'm lucky I nabbed her when I did, law degrees just don't get the same quality of women they used to. 8)
My sig would have contained the secret of life, but I'd already clicked submit.

Well, I have a lot of girly male friends, but I don't think that's what your after.

My advice : Watch the Legally Blonde saga and kidnap Kirsten Dunst.

Trust me, you'll be doing all of us a favor.

I'll be your girly friend... but I'm in Arizona... and a bit older than you (almost 30... I can't believe it!)... but I understand where you're coming from... I don't really have any female friends, much less girly friends... I'm feeling kinda stuck while trying to find a maid of honor and bridesmaid...
Good luck! ~smiles~

What moron could confuse you with a man? I'm dense but I knew better just seeing a few pics.

Sheesh, made me lose some respect for Australian men. :?

I don't care who's right, who's wrong, or what you meant to say. Only thing I care about is the Truth. If you have it, good, share it. If not, find it. If you want to argue, do it with someone else.
