I dunno, but I suspect it must be beyond my grasp, because I disagree with him, which makes me "a moron".

You know... I have to admire Eihger in the respect he's persistent in light of the abuse he regularly gets. *Fixer tips his hat to Eihger*

Dihydrogen Monooxide?!? No! What a poison! It's heavily corosive!

And Fixer, that would be admirable if he didn't bring it down on himself. It's easy to withstand abuse if you summon it for yourself. I think he's a sort of mental sadomasachist or something.

true... I've had some minor damage to my car due to it.... it oxidized a small part of the driver side door. not to mention all the deaths each year caused by it.

It isnt Dihydrogen Monooxide. You only use the prefixes such as di and mono when two nonmetals are bonded, thus with hydrogen (technically an alkali metal) and oxygen they are not used. A more correct term would be Hydrogen Hydroxide.

Hydrogen is not techinically an alkali metal. It pretty much does its own thing. When's the last time you heard of an alkali metal forming a negative ion? Hydride is real, and actually not uncommon when hydrogen gas is stored in metal containers, a major problem with hydrogen powered cars.

Killer-rabbit: actually it would be hydrogen oxide not hydroxide
