Ok, I do tech support, wheee and all that. Anyhow when someone calls in, we required to verify name, telephone #, and address. It drives me up a wall when someone talks over me while I'm asking for their address to give it to me. It's just damned rude and annoying. Think twice before doing this!!! These people on the other end of the phone can very well hose your credit rating if you piss them off enough!! We know where you live, we have your phone number, and I can also see what porno pay per views you've been ordering! How would you like it if I printed up a copy of your account history and distributed to your neighbors? Grwar! Ok, that ties more into me just hating annoying customers, but still, this is a rant, and rant I shall.

I'd rather not say - if I say the company, people that have service through that company would probably pipe up bitching and moaning about their service. As you can probably guess, I don't need that off the clock.

yea i knwo what you mean ay, i hate people that intrupt me when im trying to give then details they need, and its usualy to ask a f**king stupid question like "how much does it cost to send an email to japan?" or "what is ADSL" *after they applied for it.. if yo dont knwo what it is FIND OUT EBFORE YOU GET IT FFS>
