Mine was scarily close... "sensitivity in the respiratory area which could lead to problems with the heart, lungs, or bronchial organs."

Ok... that was good to know... seeing as my lungs almost closed up on me the other night...

I was a little unimpressed when I tossed in my girlfriend's name and got the same results, word for word, as I got for my name.
buy me the blue sky
and wrap me in clouds of blasphemy
in the end i won't ask why
you can do what you want with me

For me it was almost accurate, but I doubt it was due to any real analysis. Bold is accurate, italic is inaccurate:

Your first name of David has given you a very practical, hard-working, systematic nature. Your interests are focused on technical, mechanical, and scientific things, to the exclusion of interests of an artistic, musical, or social nature. You have a rather skeptical outlook on life and rather materialistic standards. In reaching your goals, you are very independent and resourceful, patient and determined. You can be so very positive and definite in your own ideas and opinions that others sense a lack of tact and friendliness in your manner of expression. You are inclined to be rather demanding and self-centred in your personal wants, and your own desires can be so overriding that you fail to recognize or appreciate the feelings, opinions, or desires of others. As a consequence, difficulties in relations within the family or with close associates can arise. Weaknesses in the health centre in the head, and in the stomach and intestinal organs.

On the inaccuracies, I am an optimist most of the time and care little for materialism. I enjoy art, music and socializing, but not to excess. I am not very demanding, often called patient to a fault. My closest friends are some of the few folks I do NOT have difficulty in relations with. I have no health problems, except allergies, if that counts. I can (and have) eaten insects and tree bark to survive and suffered no long term <twitch> effects. :)

I think it's interesting how the names "John" and "Johnny" are almost exact opposites as far as the analasys...

Heh, and it even analyzes names like Cloud, Sephiroth, Yuna, Rikku, etc. haha! Although, they don't seem to be too accurate for those ones. . .

Your name of Joel gives you the desire to understand and help others with their problems but, at the same time, you can become too involved in their problems and, as a result, worry too much

< I, on the other hand, tend not to get involved with other people's problems

Everything else I think is eerily accurate
Control is an Illusion - Days of Thunder
Drive fast, Take Chances, and Don't look back - A damn smart bartender

A lot of people worship Ender Wiggin - Rorschach

"Your name of Robert gives you the desire to understand and help others with their problems but, at the same time, you can become too involved in their problems and, as a result, worry too much. This name creates a pleasant, easy-going, yet responsible nature. It gives you a natural ability to express affection to those close to you, without feelings of embarrassment. You tend to avoid issues, however, and put off until tomorrow the things which should be done today. Accordingly, you would find difficulty in achieving success in positions requiring aggressiveness and drive. Also, you prefer to avoid strenuous work of a manual nature. Your natural inclination is to pursue a line of work where you have contact with people, where you carry some responsibility, and where you are engaged in mental rather than physical activity. You are diplomatic in your handling of people and always give others the benefit of the doubt. You appreciate good music and art. "

This is all correct for me, although I'm not THAT adverse to manual labour...

The name of Erik creates an overly-sensitive nature which causes you to sense and feel far more than you can understand or put into words. You have a deep, artistic, and creative side which shows through a love for music and literature. Writing is a more natural mode of expression for your deeper thoughts and feelings than the spoken word. You have an ability to concentrate and work intently on anything which holds your interest. However, you prefer to avoid routine, monotony, and mental tasks. You enjoy the out-of-doors and find your greatest peace and relaxation from the beauty and harmony of nature. You prefer to limit your friendships and associations to those who share your interests and appreciate your quiet, refined ways. Others often find it difficult to understand you. Your feelings tend to build up within you and, if you cannot release them through a creative, constructive channel, you could suffer with frustration, moods, and much inner turmoil.

About right

I tried my legal, the name everyone calls me by, and Diana.. which isn't close to my name. I don't see any way that any were closer than the other, it's like horoscopes. You believe what you want, and the statements are fairly generalized. You can usually find at least 1 or 2 things in each name you type in that will apply to you.

While your name of Buckwheat gives you an intense desire to be of service to others, it brings out a practical, technical nature, and you become involved in fussy little details that detract from the fulfilment of your greater ideals. You are a very patient person and will work hard one step at a time to accomplish your goals. Not interested in large undertakings, you are content to live from day to day to save for your future. Always budgeting carefully, you do not believe in frivolous spending. You tend to be thorough in building a solid foundation of fact and logic, but you are not especially imaginative or investigative. You are particular and quite set in your way you want things to be done. Once you have made up your mind or formed an opinion it is not easily changed. Hence there is a restriction in friendships and business opportunities.

Your first name of Michelle has made you a hard worker with a meticulous sense of detail. You have a great deal of patience and independence, and you can be relied upon to complete your undertakings. You are stable, trustworthy, homeloving, and logical in practical matters, but rather unresponsive to suggestions from others. You resist change. This name does not give you great ambitions, vision, or imagination. It frustrates the expression of your softer, feminine qualities in that you find it difficult to express the depth of your feelings for those you love. It limits you to practical matters of the day, filling your life with detailed routine. hard work, and monotony.

The name of Angela creates a very quiet, practical nature and a clever and inventive mind. Being analytical and naturally studious, you are interested in a factual understanding of the mysteries of life. Your methodical nature requires that you like to finish what you start without interruptions and also to have everything in its place and properly organized. An ability to concentrate could take you into computer programming or accountancy or any work requiring concentration and attention to detail. You have, also, a flair for creative expression with your hands. You take life seriously and can be easily and deeply hurt and go into moods which can be quite extreme at times, causing much turmoil and unhappiness. Finding it difficult to join in conversation with those with whom you are not well-acquainted, you could feel quite alone and uncommunicative with new acquaintances or in a large crowd. As a result, you could be accused of being unfriendly. You desire so much to be understood, but your name has limited your verbal expression to such an extent that it is very difficult for you to divulge your innermost thoughts even to those closest to you. One of your greatest salvations is being out in nature, for it is there that you find the peace and serenity you so much desire.

Mostly pretty accurate.

Except for the thing about sales and teaching. I'd hate those jobs. I'm not too good with people.

Cheers, agent Blaze! To this day I blame my mother for not legally baptizing me as Buckwheat. It's a grrrrrrrreat name, isn't it? And besides, if I were to change my name to Buckwheat, I'd certainly get all those wonderous traits that name holds! WOW!
It's also amazing how much difference there is between Dave and David. I really don't see how there's much of a difference, Dave being but a nick to the traditional name, David. Anyway, Fixer, I guess we have the same name :P

Also, check this out.

The name of Satan gives you the desire to meet and mix socially and to create congenial circumstances for everyone. However, all too often, you express yourself in a matter-of-fact or awkward way that results in your good intentions being misunderstood. If you are in sales work, you could do well because of your friendly personality, interest in people, and desire to please. You prefer situations that allow a degree of independence, but are not too demanding in work-load or responsibility. When asked, you are able to give others good advice that you would probably not follow yourself, but must guard against being too opinionated in controversial matters. While you can appear to be confident, you need the moral support and encouragement of others who give inspiration and strength.

That says it all, really. Now I see why some children spell Satan Claus instead of the good ol' Santa deal. Satan really seems like a nice person, though!
